By utilizing this website directory and listing service as a small business or website visitor, you agree to the following terms:

 

1. Overview: Listings on Sandhills Connect are intended to be a public service to support our local small business community. These listings do not imply endorsement by Sandhills Connect, this website is merely an online directory to help visitors find local small businesses in the Sandhills NC area.

2. Listings: Sandhills Connect shall not be held liable for any mistakes, website down-time, inaccuracies in listings, or any complaints regarding the services provided by listed businesses. If you believe a listed business should be reviewed for accuracy or approval, please contact us at sandhillsconnectnc@gmail.com.

3. Sandhills NC location: Small business locations on this site may include Aberdeen, Cameron, Candor, Carthage, Eagle Springs, Ellerbe, Fayetteville, Hamlet, Hoffman, Jackson Springs, Marston, Norman, Pinebluff, Pinehurst, Rockingham, Seven Lakes, Southern Pines, Spring Lake, Vass, and Whispering Pines.

4. Listing approvals: Sandhills Connect reserves the right to approve any listing at its sole discretion. Listings on this website are intended to be NC registered small businesses in the Sandhills NC area. In a few cases, such as non-profits, we may make a location exception if they are located outside of our area but they service the Sandhills area.

5. Business Logo: If you would like your logo included on your listing, email the logo to us at sandhillsconnectnc@gmail.com

6. Listing denials: Sandhills Connect reserves the right to deny any listing at its sole discretion. Possible reasons for listing denial are, but not limited to:

   • Business is not considered a small business with local owners

   • Business is outside of our local Sandhills NC listing area ​

   • Business is a franchise or has multiple locations outside of the Sandhills NC area

   • Business is not registered in NC (sosnc.gov under business name, assumed name or non-profit)

7. Free listing cancellations: If your business is listed and for whatever reason you don't want the free listing on our site, simply email us at sandhillsconnectnc@gmail.com and we will delete the listing.

8. Privacy Policy: Sandhills Connect will never sell your personal information. 

9. Parent company: Sandhills Connect was developed and is maintained in good faith by Blue Heron Support, a fellow local Sandhills small business offering small business website services.
